Garrett's Gymnastics held their Summer Show and Competition on June 27 and 28. The event was spread out over two days with Saturday's group ranging from ages 2 1/2 to 11 and the lowest level of the contest competed in the floor exercise and the balance beam. The more advanced gymnasts, ranging from ages 4-12 competed on Sunday in the floor exercise, balance beam and the bar.

The gymnasts were evaluated by a panel of three judges who then tallied up the scores to decide the winner. Nearly sixty kids, all members of Garrett's Gymnastics, participated in the event.

Winning medals in the White group were: Gold- Makenzie Stratton, Silver- Taylor Cole, Bronze- Tyler Domingo. White group balance beam: Gold- Makenzie Stratton, Silver- Tyler Domingo, Bronze- Lauren Garrett and Taylor Cole.

Winning medals for the Blue group in the floor exercise were: Gold- Stephanie Broadus, Silver- Rachel Parker, Bronze- Ashley Buchanan and Sierra Pope. Blue group balance beam winners
were: Gold- Kayla King, Silver- Stephanie Broadus, Bronze- Haley Schmaltz. Blue group bar winners were: Gold- Stephanie Broadus, Silver- Haley Schmaltz, Bronze- Kayla King.

Winning the gold medal in the Gold group for the floor exercise was Kayla King. Kasey King won the gold medal in the Gold group for the balance beam. Bar
winners in the Gold group were: Gold- Rachel Parker and Silver- Kasey King.

Winning medals in the Mighty Tumbler group for the floor exercise were: Gold- Kasey King and Silver- Kaitlyn Welch. Kaitlyn Welch won the gold medal for bar.
