R.C.C.F. to hold Gala on November 13

The deadline is near for those wanting to attend the fourth annual Gala event, A Night At the Oscars, sponsored by the Ripley County Community Foundation.

According to organizers of the event, it promises to be a true gala affair, with those attending having the option of dressing in costume.

The fund-raiser will be held at the Milan VFW Hall, November 13, reservations must be made by Friday, November 5.

The night promises to be fantastic from the beginning at 6:00 p.m. when hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be offered, followed by a dinner catered by the Rolling Pin, where attendees will hear dinner music by Pat Hicks and Jane Link. The Procter & Gamble Big Band will once again perform for you to dance and listen to.

A silent auction will provide quality items and a Skill Draw will offer the chance for someone to take home $1,000, along with other cash prizes.
