BZA has short meeting, only one item to consider

It was a short meeting for the members of the Ripley County Board of Zoning Appeals on November 30. There was only one item on their agenda.

Rebecca Stein applied for a special exception to operate a day care center in the local business district in the town of Napoleon at 3709 Jackson Street. Stein hadn't received all the proper paperwork from the state, therefore the application was tabled.

All five members of the Board of Zoning Appeals were in attendance: Charles Rohlfing, Sam Row, Dennis McKittrick, Roger Lang and Sue French. Planning Director Tad Brinson was present to advise the board. The next regular meeting of the Ripley County Board of Zoning Appeals will be December 28 at 7:00 p.m. at the Commissioners Room at the Courthouse Annex in Versailles.
