Cathy May - Contributing Writer

Dennis Kraus Jr. applied for a variance on behalf of landowners Michael and Renee Ramig at the Ripley County Board of Zoning Appeals meeting held December 28. The variance was for a width to depth ratio of 4 to 1 to permit a survey to split the 19.6 acres. The property is located at 4458 N. Old Milan Road in Milan. The board voted to approve the request.

Three of five members of the BZA were in attendance: Charles Rohlfing, Sam Row, and Sue French. Planning Director Tad Brinson and Attorney John Ertel were present to advise the board.

The next regular meeting of the Ripley County Board of Zoning Appeals is January 25, at 7:00 p.m. at the Commissioners Room at the Courthouse Annex in Versailles.
