BRIEFLY...
Newspapers to have new look
Beginning next week, the Osgood Journal and The Versailles Republican
will have a new look. The papers will follow the lead of others
throughout the country who have already changed to a smaller page.
"In an effort to be more uniform and standardized throughout
the industry we will be going to a new format with a smaller sized
page," noted Publisher Linda Chandler.
Many newspapers have already gone to this format. Local examples
include the Greensburg Daily News, Herald Tribune and The Dearborn
County Register.
