Steve Gloyd, representing the Gilmore and Golda Reynolds Foundation, stands left, with employees of Atlas Sign Co., Indianapolis, as the marquee was put in place Tuesday afternoon, June 10 at the Damm Theatre in Osgood. There was quite a crowd as the sign went up, bringing the landmark new life as it was restored to its original beauty. The entire project has been funded by the Reynolds Foundation and according to Gloyd, the theatre hopes to open sometime in July. Plans are to have movies and live shows in the completely renovated theatre that has spectacular design and color. Watch for information about an open house and the first event at the historical theatre on Buckeye Street (US 421) in Osgood.
