It was all smiles as Keith Menchhofer, son of Tom and Melissa Menchhofer of Holton, and Kendra Hartman, daughter of Marvin and Sue Hartman of Sunman, were named the 2008 4-H King and Queen of the 2008 Ripley County 4-H Fair. The crowning took place Sunday evening, July 20, on the free stage, with the announcement made by Corporation President Rob Vestal.
