Fairgrounds Racing returns to Ripley County Fairgrounds on Thursday, July 2 at 5 p.m. U.M.R.A TQ Midget racing program will be hosting a Three Quarter Midget Race along with Outlaw 4-cylinder trucks. Milan Community July 4th Celebration The Milan community will be start their July 4th celebration with a youth baseball tournament on Thursday, July 2 at the Darren Baker Memorial Park. On Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. there will be an ice cream social at Milan Baptist Church and fireworks at the park begin at dusk. On Saturday, July 4, the parade (sponsored by the Milan Lions Club) starts at 10 a.m., from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. there will be a chicken dinner at the Milan Volunteer Fire Department and from noon to 9 p.m. there is a steak dinner at the Milan VFW.
Centerline band at Ripley Co. Fairgrounds The Ripley County Chamber of Commerce will host the annual night out and fireworks on Friday, July 3 from 5 p.m. – ? at the Ripley County Fairgrounds in Osgood featuring the Centerline band at 7 p.m. No admission charge.
